Keynote & Panel Facilitation – Women and Burnout Event

Lucy served as keynote speaker and panel host for Mars’ signature client event, designed for high-achieving women in corporate roles. Through the BRAVE Burnout Prevention Framework, she combined storytelling, research, and relatable strategies to captivate, inspire, and equip attendees to take practical action on wellbeing and burnout prevention.
