Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to complete it in exactly 7 days?
No. While the course is structured over 7 days, it's fully self-paced. You can take as long as you need, whether that's 7 days or 7 weeks. This reset meets you where you are.

How much time should I set aside each day?
We recommend allowing around 60 minutes per day to get the most out of each module. That includes the video, reflection, and optional practices. This is your reset, not a race. Go at a pace that works for you.

How long do I have access to the course?
You’ll have lifetime access, including all future updates. You can return to the content anytime you need a reset or want to revisit a BRAVE™ practice.

I think I’m already burned out. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many people join the course while already experiencing burnout. We recommend starting with our Burnout Self-Check Quiz to assess your symptoms. If the results suggest that deeper support may be needed, we encourage you to complete the course alongside guidance from your GP or a mental health professional. While this reset can help regulate your nervous system and rebuild clarity, it is not a substitute for medical or clinical care.

Is this just for women?
